CLS Facility Services, a rapidly growing National Facilities Management Company is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to sell its HVAC and Electrical services to the Retail, Financial, Commercial and Restaurant industries.

Our sales professionals utilize our internal resources to develop customized programs for our clients. Communicating our programs to the headquarter personnel, and proving efficiencies at store level, increases your market share. You manage your territory, your clients and most importantly, your income!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

•      
• Highly motivated energetic professional
• A minimum of 3 years of Sales Experience.    
• Existing or previous sales relationships with Chain Executives, Multiple Franchise Owners or Facility Managers.
•      
• Ability to successfully prospect and generate new business up to an executive level, while managing on-going relationships.      
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite.
•      
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
•       
• A Self-Starter who is Ambitious, Success-Driven and who thrives on prospecting and developing new business.
•     
• A minimum of an Associate’s Degree
•      
• Willing to travel to the Northeast Region.

Base Salary plus unlimited Commissions.
