      You're recognized for your account executive skills that have boosted your organization's success and shareholder satisfaction.  But are you satisfied?  Imagine using your ability to manage relationships and projects within creative teams and internal marketing clients to build a better world for children- transforming today's world, where a child dies every seven seconds from causes related to poverty.  Now that's doing something extraordinary.    World Vision's in-house creative team is seeking an experienced, organized and self-motivated Account Executive to interact with clients on a daily basis and to manage print, video and internet projects from start to finish for World Vision US internal clients.   This is an exciting opportunity to join a team who is passionate about using their creative talents to impact the lives of children.  This role requires a blend of project management & attention-to-detail with strong relational, collaboration and strategic skills--motivated by delivering excellent results.

           Partnered with internal clients, consulting on strategies and project needs for an upcoming campaign.
        Collaborated with creative team members to ensure projects are on track and on budget.
        Prepared various creative briefs for upcoming projects.
        Utilized your relational, negotiation and persuasive skills to move forward a project..
        Participated in daily devotions and attended an awesome chapel.

    In this role you will be responsible to:

        Help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.
        Keep Christ central in our individual and corporate lives. Attend and participate in the leadership of devotions, weekly Chapel services, and regular prayer.

       Client Relationship Management:

            Determine project needs up-front and schedule and lead client meetings accordingly.
  •         Evaluate and approve creative content recommendations prior to release to the client, ensuring consistency with World Vision's culture and appropriate representation of business client needs.
  •         Ensure that all of the integrated elements/disciplines of the internal agency are brought together on time and are consistent with clients' objectives.
  •         Look for ways to build strategies and enhanced partnerships with clients.
  •         Anticipate problems/opportunities of client marketing plans and revenue and help to determine strategic and creative solutions.
  •         Create collaborative and productive alliances with clients' other partners.
                   Project Management:

  •         Manage project flow through the entire process, working closely with internal traffic, design teams, and outside consultants.
  •         Proactively identify new ways to build business and reduce organizational costs.
  •         Enhance effectiveness and efficiency of account services function with a goal of exceeding clients' needs and expectations.
  •         Build strong relationships with all clients and proactively learn about products and programs.
  •         Follow through on contractual agreements, ensuring that the interests of assigned program, project, division and WVUS as a whole are met.
  •         Effectively analyze and interpret research and evaluate testing results.
  •         Manage agency/client budgets and billing process accurately and timely.
  •     
Required Experience
  •         Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in advertising, marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience required (eight years).
  •         Work experience including agency account management and/or a mix of client side marketing and agency account work experience in a general market advertising agency or music and/or entertainment business; 5-8 years.
  •         Must have process knowledge in each area of the business including, broadcast; print production, media, public relations, and finance.
  •     Prefer a candidate with the following experience:        Previous work experience in an advertising agency or in-house creative group.
  •         Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  •         Advanced communication, negotiation and relational skills.
  •         Experience in digital/web marketing a plus.
